Jane started her career in Singapore back in 2015 with specification in Insurance and Actuarial Recruitment. Two year later in 2017 she decided to go back to Vietnam and set up One Arrow Consulting Vietnam office here. With solid headhunting experience along with strong passion in headhunting, she managed to build up the office from scratch to where it is today. Her motto from the start always “I aim to bring the International Recruitment Standard service back to Vietnam via growing a new generation of recruiters who do recruitment with heart”.
