Jim started his career in headhunting back in late 2020, it was quite a challenge for him due to his experience wasn’t entirely related to the industry. He found the value in his work while trying to support his clients and candidates. Compared to his so-called early days, Jim has taken few other challenges in being a mentor as well as actuarial podcaster. The great friendships he made along the way is what truly drives him forward.
