Millie is a member of the IT team. She applied for a recruitment job at OAC. However, after a month of working as a recruitment consultant, she realized that it was not her dream job. Her leader at the time gave her more opportunities to try different tasks, and she now works as a Business Support Executive for an operational team and company.
