Job description
Candidate Management:
- Proactively reach out to potential candidates through various channels such as sourcing, job posting, networking, referrals, and so on.
- Screen and qualify prospective applicants and match them with vacancies at clients’ companies.
- Arrange, organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
- Inform candidates about the results of their interviews.
- Follow up on the next steps in the recruitment process through the interview to offer stage and beyond.
- Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidates: offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression.
- Develop and maintain strong professional networks with candidates and candidate databases.
Client Management:
- Work with clients to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements, candidate matches, the qualifications needed, client’s business, and necessary information to fill the role.
- Follow up with clients on recruitment status and support if required by the client.
Development:
- Find clients, make client mapping, and introduce clients to headhunting services to attract business from client companies.
- Visit clients to build and develop long-term relationships.
Requirement
Technical skills and Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in sales/recruitment.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) – B2 level.
- Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques.
- Individual with strong interpersonal communications skills (negotiations, conflict resolutions, presentations, etc.)
